According to a national survey a city the size of Nashville and surrounding counties in 2009, there were over 5,000 violent crimes. Violent crimes are defined as murder, rape, robbery and aggravated assaults.

In 2008 there were over 275 rapes. As of 2009 the number of registered sex offenders has doubled. These are startling statistics.

This is a special session designed for women and taught by Black Belts that are experts in the field of personal protection. This is knowledge that every woman needs to know.
